VisualSoft’s Process Asset Library (PAL) is the cornerstone of our program planning process. The PAL contains best practices, lessons learned, industry standards, templates and checklists, including sample PMPs, Quality Assurance (QA) Plans, and Configuration Management (CM) Plans. Our management plan provides process, structure, and results to clients and staff. For example, our objective reviews of operational performance, customer feedback and risk assessment are standard processes of our management plan. Further, we understand that accurate and meaningful test reporting, issue tracking and metrics provide the insight into the quality of services being delivered; thereby enabling our management team to make decisions to ensure quality is aligned with customer expectations.
